Refund policy

We want you to love all the items in your purchase, but we understand sometimes things need to be returned. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item (delivery date or in-person purchase date) to return any unwanted items. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  We have the right to refuse returns that are not in the same condition (ie: stained, signs of wear, makeup, etc).

We do not offer free returns and the shipping charge will not be refunded, you are responsible for shipping fees. We recommend tracking and insuring packages sent back for return, as we cannot be responsible for any lost/damaged return packages.

Please info@shopblueeyed.com for return authorization and include a copy of packing slip with your return. If you do not receive authorization, your return will be denied.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there is something wrong with an item, you must notify us with 48 hours of receiving. Please email information and photos to info@shopblueeyed.com


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, items purchased with a discount code over 20%, items marked final sale or where noted sales are final. Additionally, we do not accept returns on accessories, including jewelry and due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

All sales between Jan 11-31, 2026 are final. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Holiday Return Policy 2025

Any order placed between Nov 29, 2025 - Dec 25, 2025 are eligible for return by Jan 15 for store credit only, unless otherwise stated sales are final such as Pink Friday, Black Friday and 12 days of Christmas sales. Items must follow return guidelines stated above.
